Press Go live once.
Every platform starts.
Church Live takes the stream from ProPresenter and sends it to YouTube, Facebook and anywhere else at the same time. It creates each broadcast with your title, and keeps it up when the church internet doesn't.
Try it. This is the real Control room bar, playing pretend.
What happens when you press Go live
The same four things, every Sunday, in this order. Nobody copies a stream key.
ProPresenter starts Capture
Church Live tells it to over your network. End the stream and Capture stops too.
Broadcasts are created
On YouTube and your Facebook Page, titled from the Stream Info slide in your playlist. Its notes become the description.
One copy per destination
No re-encoding, so nothing is lost, and Facebook failing never touches YouTube.
Every second is checked
Frame rate, keyframes, upload speed and what YouTube itself reports, scored out of 100.
Built for the Sunday the internet goes out
Most church streams fail in the building, not on YouTube. Each layer below catches a different failure, and all of them run on their own.
- Reconnects
- A platform hiccups. Church Live reconnects after 1, 2, 4, up to 30 seconds, without anyone touching it.
- Backup encoder
- The ProPresenter computer or its internet line fails. A second encoder takes over in about 2 seconds.
- Disconnect slate
- Everything fails. A "We'll be right back" slate keeps YouTube and Facebook live for up to 30 minutes, so the broadcast isn't ended.
- Protected uplink
- Church Live Connect resends lost packets instead of freezing the picture on a busy network.
Know it's working before someone texts you
A health score out of 100, from what ProPresenter sends, what leaves the building, and what YouTube and Facebook report. When something slips, it says what and how to fix it. Every service is saved, so you can look back at last Sunday.
Turn off a destination, lower ProPresenter's bitrate, or pause other uploads on the network.
Run it from the booth
Church Live works with Bitfocus Companion, so a Stream Deck becomes the control surface: Go live, End, each destination, and a health key that turns amber before anything breaks. Or ask Claude whether you're live on Facebook.
- Go live and EndOne key goes live; End needs two presses so nobody ends a service by accident.
- Health on a keyThe score lights green, amber or red, with the top problem in words.
- Each destinationTurn YouTube, Facebook or the website on and off mid-service.
- Timer and viewersTime on air and viewers across every platform, always in view.
Pricing
Start free with one destination. Upgrade to stream to YouTube and Facebook at the same time, and change or cancel any time.
Questions churches ask
- Do we need ProPresenter?
- No. Any encoder that streams RTMP or SRT works: OBS, vMix, an ATEM, a hardware encoder. With ProPresenter, Church Live can also start and stop Capture for you and read the title from your playlist.
- What does it need from our internet?
- Upload of at least twice your stream's bitrate, ideally wired ethernet. On the test launch, the computer sends one copy per destination, so it needs that much more. On the cloud plan you upload once and Church Live sends the copies.
- Is there anything to set up on YouTube or Facebook?
- Live streaming has to be turned on for your YouTube channel at youtube.com/features, which can take 24 hours the first time. Facebook requires a Page with at least 100 followers to go live from apps. After that you just press Connect and sign in.
- What can Church Live do with our YouTube and Facebook accounts?
- Create a broadcast when you go live, end it when you stop, and read its health and viewer count. Disconnect from Destinations whenever you like.
- Can we change plans or cancel?
- Yes, any time, from Settings, Plan and billing. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then moves you to Free.
